Many of you will recoginze my dear friend Hayven. She is my neighbor and her daughter Ivy was born two weeks before Simon and Simon and Ivy are good pals. Last night Hayven came over and we took some belly pics. Then she asked me for “some of that tea that starts labor” I said “you mean red leaf raspberry tea? it’s doesn’t start labor it’s just supposed to strengthen and bring contractions closer together” But maybe it does start labor because 6 hours later her husband called me to come meet them at the birth center nd 1 hour later their beautiful baby girl was born! So I am posting these images a day to late but she is still radiantly beautiful! More photos of baby coming soon.

I have been waiting for a long time for this. This is one of my closest friends, Danielle. She is beautiful inside and out and I am so thrilled that she is expecting her first child – scheduled to arrive some time at the beginning of next month. We will be having a lot of fun with this little girl once she arrives.

And for the record Danielle, I think that if all the remodeling work is not done before the bebe’s arrivial then you should have full and exclusive naming rights.

I will update as soon as there is anything to update on this little one : )

My fellow photographer Jewels Harrell drove down from Bellingham last Weekend and we had a little fun with a maternity session. It’s so great to work with someone who is up for anything and will go along with your crazy ideas. WARNING – lots of skin (Grandma – don’t read any further!)

This mom to be is really into to Yoga. If you are wondering about the title "yogini" is the female form of "Yogi" or practitioner of Yoga. I just wish that I had been in this good of shape when I was pregnant. Can you believe that she can get her legs up on her knees like that? I can't even do that when I am not pregnant.

She has since had the baby, a darling little boy whom I photographed this past weekend. I will be sharing those photos soon. He was extra cooperative so we had a lot of fun with him.
