The Great Christmas Tree Hunt 2010

This is that 7th year in a row that we have gone and cut down our own Christmas tree, it is one of my favorite traditions. I don’t think Myles will ever be able to talk me into getting a fake tree.

Simon’s hat still fit from last year and so before Talia was even born I ordered one for her. They get tons of compliments on them and if you want one they can be ordered from Love Bug Knits on etsy.

I have taken pictures every year but the first several years were back when I shot film! If you want to see some photos from past years check out 2007, 2008, and 2009

Photos of the tree decorating will come shortly. I am very excited to put it up with all the decorations in the family room (aka the birthing suite).

  1. It’s so fun! I grew up with real trees and there is something soooo festive about them, and they always smell delicious. Looks like great memories were made and it’s fun to look through the years and to see kiddos added πŸ™‚
