I had a visit from a sweet little hunk and his handsome big brother. I love it when I get to photograph older siblings that are into the photo shoot and willing to cooperate. It makes my job as a photographer so much easier. We had a fun session with these two. Big brother was bilingual but spoke mostly Hebrew and didn’t understand why I didn’t. Kids are great like that which is why it’s probably so much easier for them to be bilingual. They aren’t afraid to just talk and make mistakes so they get lots of practice. What a gift these boys parents are giving them, fluency in two languages. I love living in a multicultural city and I regularly get to hear other languages spoken by my clients and their families. Makes me wish I had studied harder in school and that my Spanish was better.
