I am talking about the camera, not Simon. Though he does his fair share of pushing the limits.
These were taken at ISO 6400 in almost complete darkness. You can see some grain in the swadows but other than that I think they look pretty good.
These were taken very early in the morning. I had to wake him up to go to the airport. It kills me to wake him. He doesn’t often sleep in our bed anymore, he is a good sleeper but this particular night was a rough one and then we had to get up super early.
We are in Alaska visiting friends for an extended weekend. I will return shortly with lots pictures and stories of adventure.

Whoop-whoop for full-frame!!!!!! I really like the bit of noise (even-though it’s certainly not a lot) as it really adds to the feel of these priceless shots. Have fun in AK. I lived there way back when and my hubby is from there, so someday we must go back for a visit. Can’t wait to see some photos.
