He can only hold his head up like this for a few minuets before he either has to roll over or lay his head down on the floor. Sometimes he finds his fist much more interesting than my camera. After I took this photo he put his head down on the floor, found his fist and sucked away.

So sweet! Love that little hat. Looks like a Hanna
He looks so different than when I saw him 2 months ago! Babies grow so fast. I love your photographs too. You are very talented. Hope all is going well!
Just beaftiful.
He is so cute and what a great photo, I love that look on his face. The processing you did here is so soft and perfect.
The 24-70 is a 2.8 btw. It really is an amazing lens but you don’t have to live through me because I just rented it. It goes back tomorrow 🙁 Hopefully I can buy it soon.
Very nice shot! I really like the lighting!
What a cutie and what a gorgeous shot!
Emily…I think you have the cutest baby I have ever seen. (don’t tell my children that) He has the most beautiful eyes. I wish mine sat that still for me. Really awesome.
To answer your question from my blog, I don’t use actions that much. I just do a little bit of everything until I get the color I like.
Emily he is just adorable! We have that same hat – I’m just waiting for it to fit Teagan’s little noggin 😉
Oh my goodness, he is so cute, I’m drooling on my computer keyboard!
I love this shot:) His expression is adorable! Love it!
SO cute! He has wonderful eyes–he looks so alert in this.
He is just SO beautiful Emily! I love his little hat and those EYES are just amazing!
That is so sweet! What an adorable little face. Love those eyes and his hat is great!:)
What a beautiful little face!! I love his hat!
Oh, he is so adorable! I love the expression on his face! You asked about whether I was panning in my first photo. . . ummm, maybe? Actually, not intentionally, it just kind of came out that way. Because of the lighting, I had a fairly large aperture, and slow shutter speed, that wouldn’t stop the action too crisply.
this is stunning~!
tara
oh he is just so precious!
So cute! You know yesterday when you said you feel like all your photos look the same? I think you’ll find that you’ll be glad you took so many and enjoy looking at them even to see his outfits. I get all sentimental when I see my kids’ baby clothes in photos, because I could only save so many of the actual outfits, you know?
So darn cute!
I think this is one of my favs so far. That and the “O” face from your expression chart:)-the center one I believe. ANYWAY…love the shot and the oh, so cute Simon.
BEAUTIFUL photo. Just a wonderful capture.
