If you know me, you know I am pretty strict about what Simon eats – he almost never gets sweets. But every once in a while you have to make cookies and let a kid lick the spatula!

I feel so proud of you, Emily. How did he react afterwards? The first time Jack had chocolate, he freaked out and screamed “Chockit!” for 20 minutes. He didn’t get any again for 3 months.
I wonder if he will like chocolate as much as his mother. 🙂
Lacy LOVES this part..in fact, better than the baked goodie after the fact:) btw, since we are on the subject of food and considering Ashley is nearing 6 months, I remember you talking about how you started Simon on solids and I am curious as to how you thought it turned out. Since you said you were a picky eater…curious:)
