WOW, I made this video when Talia was 9 weeks old (she is now 20 months) this is still the best method of swaddling and I refer clients to it often. I frequently get asked about my swaddling technique during newborn sessions.

What did you call the 46×46 blanket that is stretchy? I think I heard a brand name but couldn’t make it out.
Also, do you have the benefits of a “super swaddle” posted anywhere?

It’s called Aden and Anais blanket. No idea on the benefits of swaddling other than the baby does not wake up as frequently! It stifles the moro reflex.
