His mommy told me that his name came to her in a dream – I love it! he was so easy to photograph, just a happy content little guy.
This was my first time using this new prop and I didn’t make the hole in the center big enough. Only I didn’t realize it until I was trying to cram him into it.

And this is my little secret – When babies first arrive for their session and are extracted from their car seats they are almost always wide awake – So I take some awake shots before encouraging them to go to sleep. These awake images are almost always the parents favorites but are rarely mine, however, in this one I just love how the caramel colored fur converted to black and white. I must remember to take some photographs of Simon on it.
